We continually strive to offer the best prices available to our customers and while we make frequent surveys of the web to insure that we are offering competitive prices we sometimes miss one. If you provide us with the item description and retailer information we will meet or beat their price. The price must be a "legitimate" total including all shipping and handling fees for an in-stock item.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are in new original condition and returned in original packaging. You must first contact our office to receive an RGA (returned goods authorization) number and instructions for shipping. Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of the items. The customer is responsible for shipping to and from our location including items sold with free shipping. Some of our products are drop shipped from the manufacturer but must be returned to our location unless otherwise instructed. Due to the personalization of the items, custom orders such as address plaques or customized mailboxes are not returnable unless damaged. Most items are subject to a 10-25% restocking charge.

Please contact our office within 10 days of receiving a damaged shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to note any obvious damage when signing for and taking possession of the package(s).

Shipping

All shipping charges including all offers of free shipping are based on shipments to the continental United States only and do not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. For shipping quotes outside the continental United States please contact our office.
